• Come by the office to pay by check or credit card.  The City Flats office is open Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm and Saturday, 10:00am-5:00pm.
• If we are not in the office, feel free to put your checks in the mailbox near the office door - be sure to include your building and apartment number on your check.
• Visit the resident’s hub online at http://my.homeiscityflats.com/.  Let us know if you need your username/password information.  Also note that there is a processing fee associated with this form of payment.
