Members of the Indiana State Excise Police issued 35 summonses during tailgating festivities at Thursday's first Indiana University football game of the season - twice as many as they issued during last year's home opener.
INDIANAPOLIS - State lawmakers are set to take up proposals that would ban synthetic marijuana substitutes known as K2 or Spice.
Checks with Bloomington Police, Indiana University Police and Indiana State Police show no reports of significant crimes or accidents overnight.
Today's forecast from the National Weather Service calls for highs in the mid 70s. This morning starts with cloudy conditions that will clear. The chance of precipitation today is 60 percent.
